360° Wrap Around Printing
Among our custom drumstick programs is the ability to fully wrap your design around the sticks. What we refer to as our Program 3 is a method that utilizes one of the most sophisticated printing processes in the industry and hence, it is one of our most popular. Instead of a cheap wrap or traditional printing method, it uses a patent-pending process that engrains the ink into the grain of the sticks, resulting in a richer and more durable print. Know however that your artwork doesn't have to wrap the sticks. Sometimes, and compared to our Program 2, clients just need more printing area to showcase their logos and messages.
How To Order

Prepare Your Artwork. - The print space for these sticks is 12.5” long by 1.93” tall. Make sure your file size is at least 300 dpi to ensure the best resolution.

Email it to us. - When you're ready, send your flat file (meaning, not in layers) to mail@drumbum.com. In the same email, include how many pairs of drumsticks you would like to order.

Mock Up - We will email you a digital mock-up of your image for your approval.

Place Your Order - Simply email us your name, phone, billing address, and shipping address and we'll send you an invoice. Call us with a credit card number and we get busy making your sticks. 😊

What are your artwork requirements? - We require high resolution files at a minimum of 300 dpi but preferably higher. Files accepted are Photoshop (PSD), Illustrator (PDF), JPEG, and PNG.

How long does it take to get my custom drumsticks? - Approximately 2 to 3 weeks for average size orders of 24 to 300 pairs. Larger orders could take a bit longer.

What size drumsticks do you use for Program 3? - We use size 5B as we've found that is the size most of our customers prefer. Being a larger stick than a 5A, it also allows more room to display your logos and artwork. Alternate sizes are available on request.
